Kodak film Roll Guess the camera that took  maximum picture in 2009 in India and the camera that took loads of picture in USA ?!  Can you    Guess…!!

We try getting a perfect photo from a studio (or) we used to buy a film role, fixed it in a camera, brought batteries, we used to search for  light – take pictures and have to finish the role (36 snaps) and took it to the color lab to get the negative washed and then discard the out of focus snaps and gave the best ones for print after marking, and bought an album only to store it and have to safeguard the  photos and the negative also. “you press the button, we do the rest,” George Eastman put the first simple camera into the hands of a world of consumers in 1888. In so doing, he made a cumbersome and complicated process easy to use and accessible to nearly everyone.   Eastman had a goal to make photography “as convenient as the pencil,”.Kodak has led the way with an abundance of new products and processes to make photography simpler, more useful and more enjoyable. Can you believe  seven years before, this is how we all used to take pictures.

Then came the  digital cameras! This made life easier to take pictures? Film roles were out of fashion and digital sweeped the market.

Now just pause and think, how we take pictures and how many do we take!

How do we store!

How do we upload.

Today the camera that takes the maximum pictures is the Nokia  in India and the I Phone in USA.

The way images touch upon peoples life has completely changed. The way we store, the way we showcase and way the world see it….is changed.

What is Kodak doing? Remember, once they were ruling the world in photo industry.

When you don’t see the world changing and change accordingly what happens.!!?  How can Kodak get back to glory in photography.  Share your thoughts.
