TOP WORDS !!

Hey, am i on a Top 10 Survey…!! just after i finished the blog on Top 10 brands , i came across a survey conducted by the Global Language monitor on English and bumped on to the top words of the world. Interestingly all of us can guess it right the top two words since the globe is TWITTERING about OBAMA and King of POP.  I was expecting GOOGLE, OUTRAGE and RECESSION to appear in the TOP 10 and also expected SACHIN TENDULKAR and AR  REHMAN but to my surprise it is Jaiho that scaled through and others were not even close to it. I am sure words are powerful expressions and there are words which go around the globe and is also used by all.   This research is carried out by tracking words in relation to frequency, contextual usage and appearance in global media outlets, factoring in long-term trends, short-term changes, impulse and velocity by using Predictive Quantities Indicator (PQI) on the Internet and the media. Interestingly 2008 top words were Change ,Bailout ,ObamaMania.
