TATA NANO: NOW WITHIN REACH…

Wow,yew,Tata at last launches People’s car; Tata Nano, India’s least expensive car was launched. Nano have fulfilled the aspirations of many Indians in some what in trying circum-stances, many would have wondered if Nano would ever hit the road after it got sandwiched between two political parties. Mr.Ratan Tata, the one who walk the talk said “Never did we look at this being either an engineering achievement or new paradigm or anything of this nature that it appears to have attracted attention for. It is serendipitous in some manner that this has happened in this way and very rewarding for the people that worked on the Project”. P- It is purely the “Price” – tag that is expected to change the dynamics of the automobile market in terms of putting pressure on two wheelers and small cars.

Apart from affordability and maneuverability, what augurs well for the car’s success is the ability of the Indian consumer to strike the right trade off between a products features and its price. Nano will meet an important product need. There are people who can afford more than a two wheeler but not a car. Nano will fulfill their entire dream. TATA’s once again proved that ,Tough time never last… But tough people do…

Hats off! Shri. RATAN TATA and his team for serving the common man (INDIAN) with a dream car they would love to own and it Is time for the rulers of the country to work on the infrastructure to accommodate more four wheelers on road. Yes, you can own it and I am eager to quote this marketing strategy in my upcoming presentations….
